What does Taekwondo mean for the participants?
Taekwondo focuses on defense against physical attacks. We teach participants age-appropriate defense techniques. The techniques are usually taught in a playful way - fun and discipline can be combined so well.
Self-protection goes a few steps further than purely physical self-defense and includes early detection of potential dangers and awareness of the environment. Self-protection trains your own vigilance, which can not only help as protection against attacks, but is also very important, for example, in road traffic.
